Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using Black Belt Test Prep services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Business Identification:

Black Belt Test Prep is a Doing Business As (DBA) entity of Two Doves Harvest, LLC, a Florida-based corporation. Payments and invoices will reflect the name Two Doves Harvest, LLC.

Services Provided:

Subscribers will receive access to Black Belt Test Prep's question bank, including questions and multiple-choice answer selections designed for PANCE exam preparation. Additionally, subscribers may receive test-taking tips and AI-driven analysis; however, such supplementary materials are provided at the sole discretion of Black Belt Test Prep. AI technology is evolving and may sometimes produce unintended outputs. Black Belt Test Prep cannot always fully control these outputs. Users are encouraged to notify Black Belt Test Prep promptly if any unintended or problematic outputs are observed.

Payments and Subscriptions:

Payments for subscriptions and services must be completed at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are clearly outlined at the point of sale, and subscribers agree to these charges upon completing the purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will only apply to future purchases or renewals. Promotions or discounted rates are temporary and do not guarantee permanent changes to standard subscription rates; regular rates will apply after the promotional period ends.

Refund Policy:

Refund requests must be made within 5 calendar days of purchase. Refund requests beyond this

period will not be honored.

PANCE Pass Guarantee:

Black Belt Test Prep provides a Pass Guarantee for the PANCE exam under the following

conditions:

- You must complete at least 90% of the materials provided.

- You must provide proof of failure of the PANCE exam taken after your purchase date.

- Guarantee claims must be submitted via email to our support team within 90 calendar days from the last valid subscription date.

If eligible, your subscription will be extended at no additional charge, equivalent to the duration/value initially purchased.

Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure:

All test preparation materials provided by Black Belt Test Prep are proprietary and protected

intellectual property. By subscribing:

- You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from your subscription.

- You agree not to share your account login or grant others unauthorized access to your account.

- Your subscription grants no rights or claims to ownership of Black Belt Test Prep content beyond your personal usage during the active subscription period.

Competitor Restriction:

Subscriptions purchased by competitors or representatives of competing businesses are expressly prohibited. Such actions constitute a violation of these terms, and Black Belt Test Prep reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and/or terminate the subscription immediately without refund.

User Conduct:

Users agree not to circumvent, hack, disrupt, damage, or denigrate Black Belt Test Prep's platform or reputation through any means, including social media or other online channels. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of the subscription and legal action.

Termination of Subscription:

Black Belt Test Prep reserves the right to immediately terminate any subscription, without refund, if the customer violates any terms outlined in this agreement.

Service Availability and Downtime:

Black Belt Test Prep makes every effort to maintain continuous access to our services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and assume no responsibility for downtime caused by factors beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for service interruptions.

User Responsibilities:

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

- Users must promptly notify Black Belt Test Prep of any unauthorized use of their account.

- Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws

and regulations.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

- Black Belt Test Prep provides materials and services "as-is" and disclaims all warranties, express

or implied, regarding the completeness or accuracy of provided materials.

- Black Belt Test Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or

punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the provided services or materials.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services following such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle

your personal information.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the agreement will remain fully enforceable and in effect.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
